We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Data Analyst to join our Data Team. This role is crucial in supporting and optimizing our data operations, with a specific focus on Airtable integration and automation, Airflow automation, BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Tableau. The ideal candidate will have a balanced mix of analytical skills and technical expertise, capable of managing complex data processes and delivering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Airtable Integration & Automation:
Design, develop, and maintain Airtable solutions that integrate seamlessly with other systems.
Implement and manage API integrations to automate data flows and ensure efficient data processing.
Create and optimize Airtable scripts to automate repetitive tasks, improving the overall efficiency of data operations.
Airflow Automation:
Develop, deploy, and maintain automated workflows using Apache Airflow.
Ensure that data pipelines are robust, scalable, and well-documented, enabling smooth data flow across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Airflow to maintain high levels of data accuracy and availability.
BigQuery & GCP Data Management:
Utilize BigQuery for advanced SQL queries, data extraction, and analysis.
Manage and optimize data storage, access, and retrieval processes on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Collaborate with cloud engineers to ensure that the data infrastructure is secure, scalable, and efficient.
Tableau Reporting & Visualization:
Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to provide insights that drive business decisions.
Customize Tableau visualizations to meet the specific needs of different stakeholders, ensuring data is presented in a clear and actionable format.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all Tableau reports, regularly updating and refining as needed.
Support & Collaboration:
Provide ongoing support for data-related tasks, particularly in relation to Airtable, Airflow, BigQuery, GCP, and Tableau.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide tailored solutions.
Assist in training tea
Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on Airtable, Airflow, BigQuery, GCP, and Tableau.
Proven experience in developing and automating Airtable solutions, including API integrations.
Hands-on experience with Airflow for automating complex workflows.
Strong proficiency in SQL, particularly with BigQuery on GCP.
Experience with Tableau for creating and customizing data visualizations and reports.
Strong technical skills in Airtable scripting and automation.
Proficient in using Airflow for data pipeline automation.
Advanced SQL skills with experience in BigQuery.
Solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform for data management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other data visualization tools or programming languages like Python or R.
Knowledge of data security best practices within cloud environments.
Familiarity with API development and integration.
