JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations with advanced formatting, graphics, animations, and transitions.
• Collaborate to ensure presentations align with specific content objectives and branding.
• Record, edit, and synchronize voiceovers with PowerPoint slides.
• Convert PowerPoint presentations into high-quality MP4 videos for educational or training purposes.
• Assist with minor script adjustments and ensure a smooth flow of audio-visual content.
• Ensure timely delivery of completed projects with meticulous attention to detail.
• Manage multimedia files and ensure proper organization for easy access and revision.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with advanced design and multimedia features.
• Experience with audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition) and video conversion tools.
• Ability to edit and synchronize voiceovers with presentation slides for smooth transitions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to ensure clear collaboration.
• Familiarity with e-learning or training content development is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in converting PowerPoint presentations into engaging video content.
• Knowledge of educational and training content creation is an advantage.
• Ability to work with feedback and iterate on presentations as needed.
