Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency that facilitates the connection between businesses in North America and exceptional remote staff in the Philippines.


Our client is seeking a motivated and resourceful Lead Generator for Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing and identifying potential candidates for various positions across the organization. You will be tasked with generating high-quality leads, building and nurturing relationships with prospective candidates, and working closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.


Job Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a call list of potential candidates based on criteria such as job type, educational background, and type of establishment (restaurant, hotel, etc.).
- Make fast and efficient outbound calls using tools like Dialpad or Zoom to gauge candidates' interest in available positions within the hospitality industry.
- Identify individuals with leadership qualities and relevant education/experience. Assess their career satisfaction, salary expectations, and readiness to transition to a new role.
- Focus on helping individuals transition to better job opportunities by matching them with roles that offer competitive salaries and align with their career goals.
- Build and update a spreadsheet with information on candidates, tracking their interest levels and suitability for the available positions.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with candidates, providing them with information about the roles and helping them make informed decisions about their career paths.


Must-Have Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, talent sourcing, or a similar role, preferably within the recruitment or HR industry.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing channels, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential candidates.
- A results-oriented approach with a genuine interest in helping individuals improve their career prospects.
- A neutral American accent is required, as the client operates in a small-town environment where strong accents may not be well-received.
- Familiarity with Microsoft and Google Suite applications for managing call lists, tracking data, and communication.
