We are seeking a highly creative and talented individual to join the Rest team as an Art Director (Marketplace). The Art Director for E-commerce Marketplaces will be responsible for implementing the visual identity of our brand across major online platforms such as Amazon and other emerging e-commerce sites like TikTok Shop. This role requires a dynamic leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise to create compelling product visuals, optimize content for conversion, and maintain a cohesive brand identity across platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute visual strategies tailored to each e-commerce platform, ensuring alignment with the overall brand.
- Oversee the design of product photography, infographics, banners, and video content to enhance product listings and promotions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align creative work and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Implement A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates; stay updated on best practices for marketplace content.
- Ensure all visual assets reflect the brand’s innovative identity, adapting to market trends and consumer needs.
- Other job duties related to the role as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, particularly in e-commerce or retail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software like Figma.
- Experience in video production and motion graphics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for delivering visually stunning work.
- Experience working in an agency setting is a bonus.
- Experience working with Amazon is a bonus.
- Experience working with TikTok is a bonus.
