Position Type: Remote, full-time
Schedule: Mondays-Fridays, 9:30am-5:30pm (EST time zone)

I. Responsibilities:

- Serving as the main point of contact for current accounts and inbound sales
- Providing sales quotes and managing orders to ensure timely fulfillment
- Resolving customer issues, handling returns, and responding to customer inquiries via email, phone calls, chat, and other communication channels
- Placing orders with suppliers, coordinating domestic and international logistics, and monitoring delivery timelines
- Assisting the sales team and management team with admin work

II. Requirements:

- Experienced in customer service/ account manager roles
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experienced in working graveyard shift (EST time zone)
