Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and driven YouTube Shorts Idea Finder/Scriptwriter with experience in writing and short-form content. You will be working across multiple YouTube channels, generating viral ideas and crafting compelling scripts that resonate with our target audience. This is a long-term role with huge growth potential for the right candidate who understands the nuances of short-form content and viral trends.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify viral topics and ideas for YouTube Shorts across various niches.
- Write engaging and concise scripts that captivate viewers and align with current trends.
- Work on multiple YouTube channels, ensuring content strategies are optimized for each.
- Stay up to date with YouTube Shorts algorithm changes and viral trends to craft high-performing content ideas.
- Develop content ideas that have the potential to go viral and increase channel growth.
- Collaborate closely with the content creation team to ensure effective execution of ideas.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in writing and creating short-form content.
- Strong English writing and storytelling ability.
- Deep understanding of the YouTube Shorts algorithm and current viral trends.
