AI Tutor Builder

The world of AI has been coming to life. I'm looking for someone that has kept up to date with the latest developments. What I am looking for is to furnish my language learning website with AI language tutors and hire them out on a monthly fee. The tutors should be able to have a two-way audio conversation as well as chat box and ideally show a talking head with mouth moving. There is more but that is the start.

Happy to explore utilising other AI tools to deliver this fast and then to develop our own bespoke tutor in the background.
