Responsibilities
Customer Support: Provide daily high-quality customer service across multiple support platforms (e.g., email, chat, phone), addressing both pre-sales and post-sales inquiries.
Problem Resolution: Collect and consolidate customer feedback, identify problem sources, and find swift solutions to enhance the user experience.
Market Research: Assist in market research and analysis in collaboration with internal teams.
Client Engagement: Build customer loyalty, expand the client base, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of standard operating procedures and assist with any ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
Experience: At least 1+ years of customer service experience is preferred; remote work experience is an advantage.
Skills:
Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional support experiences.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding quick resolutions.
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; conversational Cantonese is a plus.
Industry Background: Candidates with experience in customer service, eCommerce, aviation, hospitality, or logistics are preferred.
