JOB OVERVIEW

Our 8-figure e-commerce skincare brand is seeking a Customer Service Manager to improve our customer service team using Gorgias. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling customer service operations for rapidly growing companies, creating systems, managing people, and optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement better systems and templates to manage customer inquiries (Email/SMS) through Gorgias
- Design and oversee a smooth onboarding process for new customer service agents
- Manage and mentor the customer service team, ensuring high performance and job satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize processes for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all processes, templates, and best practices

Requirements:
- 3 years experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of managing teams of various sizes and improving operational efficiency
- Proficiency in Gorgias CRM and Shopify
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a growing team
