We're seeking a talented and innovative Creative Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing high-impact creative strategies that drive results for our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Creative Strategy:

- Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop unique and compelling angles for advertising campaigns and content creation.
- Create engaging scripts for various media formats, including video, social media, and written content.
- Guide shot selection for visual content, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Perform thorough creative analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
- Lead the iteration process, continuously refining and improving creative strategies based on performance data and insights.


Collaboration and Leadership:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, video editors, and the marketing manager.
- Develop creative concepts and strategies for the brands.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall creative culture of the business.


Innovation and Trend-Spotting:

- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to inform creative strategies.
- Propose innovative approaches to storytelling and content creation.

Qualifications:

Experience in creative strategy, preferably in an agency setting or for a brand in house.
