Are you a passionate customer service pro? We’re looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our team in a Remote Customer Service role.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service, including style advice, technical assistance, and general support.
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
Full-time work Monday-Friday, aligning with 6:00am-2:30pm PH time. Flexible Sunday hours are also required.

Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion industry.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Zendesk and Shopify. With experience in Slack and ChatGPT preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
A friendly and professional demeanor.
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
