We're a dynamic real estate company based in Chicago specializing in short-term rentals, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences on Airbnb and other platforms. We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Airbnb Guest Communication Specialist to join our team!

As an Airbnb Guest Communication Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service. Your goal will be to provide timely, friendly, and professional interactions, resolving any issues and exceeding guest expectations.

Job Title: Airbnb Guest Communication Specialist (URGENT)

Job Type: Full time

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 2PM (Philippine Time zone)

Working Day: Monday - Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

*100% Airbnb Guest Communication only no other task involve*

- Respond to guest inquiries, messages, and reviews on Airbnb in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about properties, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize Airbnb's messaging system and other tools to communicate with guests and track interactions such as Hospitable PMS, Upgrade to see actual info, Airbnb & VRBO.
- Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact guest satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of properties, amenities, and local information.
- Meet or exceed guest satisfaction targets and quality standards.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Property Management Team

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, real estate or a related field.
- Basic knowledge using ; Airbnb, Hospitable (PMS), Upgrade to see actual info & VRBO (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
