We are a rapidly expanding Real Estate Coaching company, currently hiring for our parent company as well as our two subsidiaries: the Hellickson Team and Perfect Fit Loans. We have multiple positions available and need assistance in screening candidates to ensure the best fit for each company’s interview process.

We are seeking someone with experience who can adapt to our systems, even if they differ from what you are accustomed to. Flexibility in your approach to daily tasks is essential.

Job Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling/Prospecting Real Estate Agents for the Hellickson Team
- Cold Calling/Prospecting Loan Officers for Perfect Fit Loans
- Schedule interviews with the Executives
- Sourcing Candidates based on hiring needs
- Candidate Management

Qualifications:
- Proven Recruitment Experience (required)
- Excellent Communication Skills
