About the Role:
We seek a motivated and skilled Cold Caller / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role focuses on outbound cold calling to law firms, utilizing provided leads in Zoho CRM, and nurturing these leads through effective follow-up. The ideal candidate is persuasive, resilient, and has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be key in driving our business development efforts by identifying potential clients and setting the stage for meaningful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Cold Calling: Make targeted cold calls to law firms, effectively introducing our services and identifying potential opportunities.
Lead Management: Reach out to cold leads provided on Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and updates in the system.
Lead Nurturing: Follow up with leads via
Overcome Gatekeepers: Skillfully navigate gatekeepers to connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders in law firms.
KPI Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly targets and KPIs, demonstrating consistent performance and results.
Communication: Exhibit excellent English speaking and writing skills in all interactions, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and persuasiveness.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales development role, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with Zoho CRM or a similar CRM platform is highly desirable.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and keep a positive attitude during cold calls.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records of interactions.
Results-Driven: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the legal industry, particularly law firms, is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms for communication, tracking, and reporting.
