We are looking for a driven, self-motivated Director of Marketing to lead marketing. This position will create and implement the marketing objectives and strategies across the our business units. The Director of Marketing will partner with the Chief Revenue Officer on objectives for branding, messaging, campaigns, lead-gen programs, events and market growth. The Director of Marketing will also work closely with the US based Marketing Manager on Style Guidelines, Branding and Copywriting as well as the Account Director for handover of marketing leads. The Director of Marketing will supervise all of the marketing tasks within the Marketing Team dedicated to our company. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for defining the present and future marketing team.
This position requires a detail-oriented person with strong creative, communication and analytical skills and a passion for creating streamlined marketing processes. Primary Responsibilities:
Marketing objectives in collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer
Prepare marketing campaigns and manage budgets
Initiate List Building Efforts to find sales prospects for all areas of the business.
Responsible for both the creative and messaging aspects of marketing collateral creation and maintenance,
Partner with Product Development teams and Sales teams on new product initiatives
Execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, internal, external, social media
Lead and manage outbound and inbound marketing initiatives, analytics
Recommend, install, and optimize the use of digital marketing automation tools
Support sales on marketing initiatives to current customers and new prospects
Analyze effectiveness of of all marketing campaigns and revise marketing strategies based on analytics
Implement marketing cycle process across all business units
Define, build and manage internal marketing team as well as external vendors
Identify potential new marketing opportunities with business unit leaders and create plans to enter new markets
Create brand awareness and maintain brand standards
Recommend SEO strategies for the company website and properties
Qualifications and Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in marketing
10+ years' related experience as a leader in B2B Marketing in the Electronics field
Experience managing relationships with business leaders, scoping and developing short/medium/long-term marketing strategies
Experience leading or managing a marketing team
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Experience in graphic design, UI best practices
Background in effective management of social media channels
Experience in
Hands-on experience in the creation, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns
Track record of marketing excellence
Ability to complete work to deadlines with little direct supervision
Strong critical thinking and mathematical reasoning skills
Superior organization and verbal communication skills
