ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Sales and Account Manager, your primary objective is straightforward: generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close deals. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth, working closely with our CEO to shape and drive our sales strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead Generation: Help develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies.
Lead Management: Keep our CRM up-to-date and ensure every lead is followed up promptly.
Sales: Engage with leads, understand their needs, and close deals that benefit both the client and Hippo VA.
Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing initiatives by brainstorming ideas and creating content that attracts the right audience.
Networking: Attend and represent Hippo VA at networking events, helping to expand our reach.

WHAT YOU BRING
A knack for problem-solving and thinking creatively.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Experience in sales or business development.
