Job Description:
247 Cleaning Solutions seeks a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on promoting our commercial and residential cleaning services to businesses in Massachusetts, especially in Boston. The Sales Representative will be instrumental in expanding our client base and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound sales calls to potential business clients in Massachusetts, with a strong focus on the Boston area.
• Understand and communicate 247 Cleaning Solutions' services and benefits to potential clients.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Arrange and conduct virtual and in-person meetings with prospective clients.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with consistent follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
• Stay informed of industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in B2B sales within the cleaning industry or a related field.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a remote team.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Well-organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Availability to travel within Massachusetts, particularly Boston, for client meetings as required.
