Stirling www.stirlingcbdoil.com/ seeks a motivated Email Marketing Expert to add to our team! We need a PRO EMAIL Marketer with solid experience and examples of that experience.

We currently have seven full-time employees in the Philippines and are looking for more. The required job hours are 7 am—3 pm EST (New York Time) Monday through Friday.

You will work at home with a dynamic team ready to continue growing.

As we continue to expand, we seek a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive engagement and sales through strategic email campaigns.

Position Overview:
The Email Marketing Specialist will be crucial in developing and executing email marketing strategies to engage our customer base and drive sales effectively. Leveraging our customer database, the specialist will create segmented email campaigns tailored to different customer personas and demographics. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and proficient in email marketing tools and analytics.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products/services, drive sales, and increase brand awareness.
- Utilize customer data and segmentation techniques to personalize email content and messaging for different audience segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to align email marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Design and create compelling email templates, graphics, and content that resonate with our target audience.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to improve campaign strategies continuously.
- Implement email marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

Qualifications:

- Great English speaking and writing skills
- Proven 2-3 years experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2C or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms - we use Omnisend
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, a keen eye for detail, and creativity.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation techniques.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
