Position: Filipino Cloud Accountant

Filipino candidate must possess the following (Please do not apply if you do not have the following):

~ 2+ years of full-time accounting experience within a BPO or similar environment.
- end-to-end bookkeeping experience including preparation of Balance Sheet and Income Statement
~ Proficient in cloud accounting software and platforms.
~ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
~ Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
~ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
- Has Xero and/or QuickBooks Online experience

Qualifications for the role:

- Full-time work (Mon-Fri) for our US clients within the Philippines working hours of 8 am to 5 pm.
-We also offer flexibility on the schedule at work once you are familiar with the processes and client work.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Team player who would get along well with the rest of the Bean Ninjas team

Specific Responsibilities

In this role, you will look after management reporting and weekly/monthly transaction processing for a portfolio of Bean Ninjas bookkeeping clients.

Bookkeeping Service Delivery

-Uses Xero and QuickBooks Online
-Uses Xero and QBO add-ons and integrations like Hubdoc, A2X, Receipt Bank, Stripe, and Paypal.
-Responds to client queries via our online email helpdesk software Helpscout.
-Communicates with other staff via Slack.
-You write well: concise, understandable, helpful, professional, and fast. You can build rapport with others solely through your writing.

Remote work
-You’re self-motivated and ideally, have previous experience working remotely and with little direct supervision.
-You must have an excellent internet connection.
-You know how to keep your computer and work secure and private.
-You know the joys of using two monitors (or splitting a big monitor) to do bookkeeping work.

Flexible and remote role
This is a remote role and you will have some level of flexibility in choosing your regular work hours, but must generally be online during business hours.
