JOB OVERVIEW

Objective: To provide comprehensive sales support by assisting in appointment setting, outreach, creating proposals, membership and subscription acquisition, event sponsorships, and partnership development. The aim is to enhance overall growth, revenue streams, grow client base and foster strong relationships with existing and new clients and members, sponsors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Sponsorship, new sales opportunities and Partnership Development:
- Identify potential sponsors and partners for Ecosystm events and programs.
- Prepare sales and sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients and sponsors.
- Conduct outreach and follow-up communications with potential sponsors and partners.
- Negotiate agreements and coordinate with other teams to ensure all deliverables are met.
- Maintain good communication, problem solving and client engagements with existing clients, sponsors and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and continued support.

2. Sales Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing sales reports.
- Maintain and update sales materials, including presentations, brochures, and contracts.
- Track sales metrics and generate regular reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of sales-related documents and contracts.

3. Event Coordination and Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, Delegate Recruitment, appointment settings, planning activites including the Annual Conventions and clients events etc among others.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, registration, and on-site support, where needed.
- Communicate with event attendees, sponsors, and partners to ensure a smooth event experience.
- Collect feedback from event participants/ delegates to improve future events.
- Close with ongoing conversations for further sales engagements.

4. Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for membership and events.
- Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to promote products, services and other sales packages and offerings.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from prospective members, sponsors, and partners through various channels.

5. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the industry.
- Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to position the company effectively.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support sales strategies.

6. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Research and finance teams and any Committees as and when needed support and info, and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
- Participate in regular teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide input and support for cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Expected Deliverables:
• As required by different teams, your support in sales, prospecting, potential new clients outreach, sponsorship proposals and agreements.
• Regular updates to the sales databases.
• Event coordination plans and feedback summaries.
• Marketing and promotional materials for membership and events.
• Other sales related and growth objectives covered through planned activities for the comapny

Email marketing tools (e.g., Sendfox, Mailchimp, Sendinblue)
• Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Event management platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, LinkedIn, etc)
• Accuracy and effectiveness of sales and clients databases.
