YouTube Video Editor & SEO/Content Strategist for Lifestyle, Beauty, and Fashion Content

I’m looking for a passionate and creative YouTube Video Editor to help edit lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and sit-down vlogs. I mostly focus on long-form vlogs, so I need someone who has experience working with raw footage and transforming it into engaging, high-quality content. The ideal candidate will bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, skillfully incorporating B-roll, music, and other creative elements to enhance the overall storytelling.

As I’m still navigating SEO, I’m hoping to find someone who can not only help with video editing but also assist in growing my channel. I’d love to work with someone who can offer insights, suggest content strategies, and guide me on what types of videos I should be making to help grow—while staying true to my authentic style. If you also have SEO or content strategy experience, that would be a huge bonus!

My main goal is to get monetized, and I need a dedicated partner who is willing to grow with me over time. In addition to video editing, I’d love for you to create reels/shorts from my long-form content and send them to me without needing to be asked. Of course, your edits will need to align with my style, but I will compensate you accordingly.

Responsibilities:
- Edit one long-form video per week (total of four videos per month)
- Create engaging, high-quality edits from raw footage, including B-roll and creative elements
- Design eye-catching thumbnails for each video
- Create two short-form videos (reels/shorts) per week from long-form content
- Provide guidance on content ideas and SEO strategies (if you have experience)
- Ensure quick turnaround times for edits

Compensation:
- $15 per long-form video ($60 per month for 4 videos)
- $5 per thumbnail
- $5 for 2 short-form videos (reels/shorts)
- Additional compensation for SEO/content strategy work, depending on your expertise
