SEO Specialist Needed – Help Investors Find Motivated Sellers with Life-Changing Content for Homeowners

We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating life-changing content that helps homeowners solve any housing problem they may be facing. You'll collaborate with our real estate investor partners to generate motivated seller leads through high-impact SEO strategies and content development. Detailed Responsibilities:
Your daily responsibilities will include:

* Create a daily report of the written content and submit it through email with links to the finished works.
* Create and optimize SEO-driven content that addresses homeowners' housing problems and offers practical solutions.
* Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for generating motivated seller leads.
* Implement on-page SEO strategies, including title tags, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
* Analyze website traffic and rankings to track the performance of SEO campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.


Required Technical Skills and Experience:

* At least 2 years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on content creation and optimization.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Expertise in keyword research, on-page SEO, and content development.
* Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
* Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
* Experience writing and optimizing content specifically for real estate or related industries is a plus.


Desired Technical Skills and Experience:

* Experience with white-hat link building strategies.
* Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
* Familiarity with local SEO and geo-targeted content strategies.
* Experience with content optimization tools like Contentpace or SearchAtlas is a plus.

Work Schedule and Holidays:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. You will have flexible working hours, but you must submit your daily report by the end of each workday. After a 6-month probation period, you will be eligible for three (3) vacation days and three (3) sick days. We observe all Nationwide Holidays (Regular Holidays and Special Non-Working Holidays).


Salary and Benefits:

Starting salary is $850 - $1,000/month for full-time work (40 hours per week). Upon completing the 6-month probation period, you will receive:

* 13th-month pay, prorated based on the number of months worked within the year.
* Bonuses for hitting agreed-upon milestones.
* Cash equivalent for vacation/sick days not taken.
* Annual salary increase based on performance.
