As we continue to expand our presence in key markets, we are seeking a dedicated Outreach Specialist to help us grow our portfolio and manage daily operations.

**Job Description:**
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Outreach Specialist with a passion for real estate and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have experience in market research, client outreach, and data management. In addition to outreach efforts, you will also support daily operations by handling guest inquiries, answering messages, and assisting with other administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough market research to identify high-potential STR markets.
- Manually input and manage data related to potential properties and contacts.
- Reach out to property owners and real estate agents via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
- Answer guest inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with small daily tasks, including managing booking calendars, coordinating with cleaning services, and other operational support.
- Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies based on market feedback.
- Stay informed on STR market trends and competitor activities.

**Qualifications:**
- Experience in outreach, market research, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in data entry and management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with the short-term rental market or real estate is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication tools or WhatsApp.

**Pay:**
- 24 hours/week
- (4 hours daily) Monday-Sat
- Part-time ($250 monthly)
- Potential for Growth to full time Position and monthly salary
