We are currently seeking a part-time Media Design Specialist with a strong background in Figma to create visually compelling content for digital marketing purposes. Strong experience in creating stunning infographics and presentation slide decks without direction is essential. You will work closely with the rest of the team to design media for ads, blogs, web pages, infographics, and presentation slide decks for webinars and courses.

*** Key Responsibilities ***

- Create re-usable Figma layouts with dynamic styles
- Create professional infographics to present data and ideas clearly.
- Build and organize presentation slide decks for webinars and courses based on transcripts or other course materials.
- Design high-quality graphics for Meta Ads, Google Ads, carousel images, blog posts, and web pages.
- Source and edit images from stock photo sites or generate AI-based images using tools like Midjourney.
- Collaborate with writers to produce cohesive visual content for various media.
- Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms, using Figma for graphic editing.

*** Role Details ***

- This is a part-time, fully remote role.
- You will be responsible for creating and editing graphics using Figma.
- Designing infographics and presentation slides will be a significant focus.
- The ability to generate AI images and source stock images is important.
- Prior experience creating media for ads and blogs is required.
- Bonus skills include creating interactive elements for courses and copywriting.

*** Requirements ***

- Advanced Figma experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Availability to work from 8 am to 4 pm Central Standard Time (Costa Rica)
- Microphone and camera (required for all meetings)
- Experience in ClickUp or other task management software is a plus.
