Pay rate : $800/monthly
Compensation:
Base Salary: $800/month ($200/week)
Bonus: up to $50 per closed transaction (8-10 transactions expected monthly)
Potential Earnings: ~$1300-$1350/month
Training Period: $400 base during the first 30 days of training (2 hours daily)
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Loan Processor & Executive Virtual Assistant to support our real estate financing operations. This dual role will primarily focus on loan processing, with additional executive assistant duties to help streamline our business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with fix & flip loans, DSCR loans, and be proficient in Go High Level, G Suite, and DocuSign.
Key Responsibilities:
Loan Processing:
Manage and process loan applications, focusing on fix & flip and DSCR loans.
Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.
Prepare and review necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Monitor the progress of loan applications and provide updates to relevant parties.
Executive Assistant Duties:
Assist with administrative tasks, including
Support the executive team with G Suite tools (Drive, Docs, Sheets).
Manage and organize files, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and accessible.
Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in loan processing, particularly with fix & flip and DSCR loans.
Familiarity with the US mortgage industry is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Go High Level (GHL), G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets), DocuSign, and Adobe Reader/Acrobat.
Language Skills:
Excellent English communication skills are required.
Spanish fluency is a strong advantage.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Training Process:
A 30-day training period, with 2 hours of training daily.
