e-Commerce Product Listing Specialist - work remote from home

As an Online eCommerce Product Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings across our eCommerce platforms. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are accurately represented, easily discoverable, and appealing to potential buyers. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a good understanding of eCommerce best practices, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Product Listing Creation: Accurately create and publish product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, prices, and images, across various eCommerce platforms.
• Content Optimization: Optimize product listings for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and ranking on eCommerce platforms.
• Image Management: Upload and ensure the correct display of high-quality product images; perform basic image editing when necessary.
• Category Management: Organize products into appropriate categories and ensure proper tagging for easy navigation and searchability.
• Quality Assurance: Regularly audit and update listings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all platforms.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor listings to identify trends and opportunities for improving our product presentations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure product listings meet company standards and are aligned with promotional strategies.
• Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics related to product listings, such as conversion rates and visibility.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in eCommerce product listing and management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with product data management and organization.
• Experience with image editing software (e.g., Photoshop) is a plus.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and complex nested formulas Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling product descriptions. Skilled in creating dynamic reports and dashboards using PivotTables, PivotCharts, and Power Query. Experienced in using data analysis tools such as Data Tables, Scenario Manager, and Solver for decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
