Ecommerce Store Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings on our Shopify store, utilizing AI tools to generate compelling product descriptions, and designing high-quality product images using Canva. This role is critical to ensuring that our products are presented in the best possible light to attract and convert customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing Management:

> Create, upload, and manage product listings on Shopify.
> Use AI tools to generate accurate, engaging, and SEO-optimized product descriptions.

Image Creation & Editing:

> Design and edit product images using Canva, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and are visually appealing.
> Add text overlays, resize images, and create consistent visual content.


Requirements:

Experience:

> Proven experience in managing Shopify product listings.
> Proficiency with AI tools for content generation (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT) and Canva for image design.

Skills:

> Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
> Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to create compelling product descriptions.
> A good eye for design and familiarity with visual design principles.
> Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Technical Proficiency:

> Familiarity with Shopify's backend, including collections, product variants, and inventory management.
> Comfort with AI tools for content creation.
