Mission:

Your mission is to offer fast, precise, empathic customer support to Arcads Customers.

While working closely with the founders and engineers to optimize processes of the team.

Outcomes:

Reach a 1 hour average response time to our customers

- Quickly understand customer’s request
- Quickly Identify Solution
- Offer fast resolution

Reach 4.8/5 satisfaction score for support tickets

- Communicate efficiently with the customers.
- Make sure they feel heard and understood.
- Offer optimal resolution for their specific need.

Leverage customer support to increase Arcads usage

- Share best practices to improve customers’ efficiency with Arcads
- Upsell customers to higher plans

Take ownership of essential routine tasks and process documentation to optimize team efficiency

- Manage data entry and process documentation
- Define a process to optimize our productivity
- Identify AI & Automation tools to solve them

Cooperate with the product team to fix bugs and identify product opportunities

- Quickly and precisely report bugs to Arcads engineers
- Identify most requested product features from customers
- Organize documents and reports for most requested features

Skills

- You’ve experience with Intercom or similar customer support tools.
- Responsiveness: Fast written communication and problem resolution
- Communicate information clearly and directly, avoiding jargon.
- Empathy: Show understanding and concern for the customer’s issues.
- Proactive Communication: Anticipate customer needs and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Experience building automations with tools like Google Sheet, Zapier...
- Experience leveraging CRMs like Hubspot for customer success.
