Job Description: Experienced Sales VA
Monthly Salary: $150 for the first 1-3months, if you get sales after this period, I will increase it to $200
Employment Type: Full-Time 8AM-5PM Mon-Fri

Sales VA Department:
Furniture, Wall Mirror & Wall Art
Vanity Mirror & Vanity Table
Busbar & Electrical Products

Responsibilities:

*Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
*Process orders, sending quotations and prices, updating products
*Maintain and update customer databases, coordinate with CEO and Co- Virtual Assistants
*Handle some administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
* Message potential buyers on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Requirements:

*Proven experience as Sales Virtual Assistant specially Tiktok Selling
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
*Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
*Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
*Experience in the furniture or retail industry is a plus but not required
