Role Overview:
Blue Edge Financial, a leading AI trading software company, is seeking an enthusiastic and personable Onboarding & Customer Support Specialist. As the first point of contact for our new customers, you will play a critical role in setting the tone for our clients’ success journey. Your mission will be to ensure that every new customer feels welcomed, informed, and supported as they begin their trading journey with us. Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding: Welcome new customers via Zoom, set clear expectations, and guide them through the initial stages of using our AI trading software.
Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via tickets and live chat on our website, providing exceptional support and solutions.
Relationship Building: Establish strong, positive relationships with customers by being friendly, approachable, and understanding their needs.
Product Guidance: Provide customers with the necessary resources and direction to make the most out of our software, ensuring they have an amazing first experience.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the onboarding process or as customers interact with our platform, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from customers and work with the team to continuously improve the onboarding and support processes.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or onboarding role, preferably in a tech or finance-related industry.
Communication: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and little to no accent.
Personality: Extremely friendly, with a pleasing personality and a genuine love for helping people.
Presentation: Well put together and comfortable speaking face-to-face with customers via Zoom.
Knowledge: Familiarity with trading, prop firms, or the finance industry is a plus.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using customer support software and tools, and able to quickly learn new systems.
Remote Work: Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
