JOB OVERVIEW

As a Creative Strategist, you will play a critical role in shaping our Facebook ad campaigns. You will leverage AI tools like Claude.ai and ChatGPT to develop creative hooks and concepts, write detailed briefs and video scripts, and ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality creative assets. Your work will directly impact our campaign performance, and you will have KPIs to meet, with bonuses awarded based on the success of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Ideation:

Use AI tools (Claude.ai, ChatGPT) and your creativity to generate new ad hooks, concepts, and angles for our product.
Develop 5 different hook variations for each creative concept.

Brief and Script Development:

Write detailed briefs for each creative concept, including hooks and video scripts.
Create 3-5 newscript iterations per concept, ensuring they align with the hooks and concepts.

Organizational Tasks:

Submit all deliverables (hooks, scripts, briefs) into the briefs folder in Google Drive.
Ensure all submissions are organized and meet our quality standards.

Collaboration:

Work with video editors to ensure they have the necessary information to edit raw clips into final videos.
Collaborate with media buyers to ensure timely and effective launch of campaigns.

Bonuses:

Performance-Based Bonuses: You will receive bonuses for every campaign launched by the media buyer that achieves a $21.50 profitable CPA over a 3-day period.

Salary and Compensation:

Base Salary: $5-$6 per hour.
Bonuses: Additional performance-based bonuses for meeting KPIs requirements

Experience:

Strong knowledge of Facebook ad performance marketing and creative strategy.
Proven experience with AI tools like Claude.ai and ChatGPT.

Skills:

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, etc.).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to deliver high-quality briefs and creative concepts efficiently.

Availability:

Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, from 4 PM EST to 11 PM EST, including weekends.
Work Ethic:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team.
