JOB OVERVIEW

Title: Success Specialist

This is a remote position. No in person work. People living outside America are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
Conduct regular check-in calls with clients to see how they are doing and if they have any questions or concerns, likely every 2 months.
Conduct courtesy calls to prior clients or potential clients who contacted the company more than 6 months ago to proactively learn about their life update as a way to evaluate if we can provide any resources for them.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by showing genuine interest in their well-being.
Identify opportunities for referrals during client interactions and subtly encourage clients to refer others.
If a client fails to pay timely, may need to call clients to collect money owed to the company
Document client interactions in the CRM system and ensure all follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the legal team to relay client concerns or needs.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in a legal setting.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.

An understanding of how to identify and create opportunities for referrals.
Subtlety in transitioning from client check-ins to asking for referrals without being pushy.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to keep track of client interactions and follow-up consistently.
Proficiency in using CRM software to log calls and notes.
Customer Service Experience:
A background in customer service or client relations, especially in a legal or professional setting preferred.
The ability to handle complaints or concerns with diplomacy.
Persuasiveness:
Ability to gently encourage clients to refer friends or family who might need your services.
Experience with upselling or cross-selling would be a plus.

Why work with us?

Starting wage depends on experience and qualifications. $600 per month is base minimum. To give you an idea, $950 per month is example for applicant who has the exact experience preferred. We pay 2x per month. This is based on 40 hours per week with average 4 weeks. Some months may have more days than others. We do not pay per hour unless that is arranged specifically with you due to you needing less hours. There is opportunity for growth.
