Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Prospecting: Research and identify potential real estate agents and clients through various sources.
- Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate cold calls to introduce our services and qualify leads.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospects' interest and readiness to engage with our real estate services.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments for our real estate agents.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and nurture leads through consistent follow-up and engagement.
- CRM Management: Accurately record all interactions and lead information in our CRM system.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents to ensure smooth lead handoff.
- Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Utilize and refine sales scripts to guide conversations effectively.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in real estate or related industries
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong cold calling and objection handling abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Resilient, coachable, and results-oriented mindset
- Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required

Technical Requirements:
- Computer with Intel Core i5/i7 processor (2.0 GHz and above)
- Minimum 8 GB RAM and 100 GB free disk space
- Webcam for internal team communications
- Noise-canceling headset
- Reliable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps wired)

Compensation:
- Base Salary: 35,000 PHP - 45,000 PHP (depending on experience/performance)
- Monthly performance bonus opportunities

Work Schedule:
- Between 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
- Flexibility within this timeframe (specific schedule to be determined upon hiring)
- Occasional weekend work may be required
