JOB OVERVIEW

1. Planning and Strategy Development:
Conduct market research and analyze target audiences and competitors to develop effective Facebook advertising strategies.
Propose and develop advertising strategies that align with specific business goals, such as increasing sales, driving website traffic, or building brand awareness.
2. Campaign Creation and Management:
Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, including selecting campaign objectives, budgets, schedules, and target audiences.
Create compelling ad content, including copy, images, and videos tailored to each campaign.
Manage and optimize ad campaigns throughout their duration to maximize performance and achieve cost-effective results.
3. Performance Optimization:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPC (Cost Per Click), CPM (Cost Per Thousand Impressions), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and CTR (Click-Through Rate).
Make necessary adjustments to improve campaign performance, such as budget changes, ad content optimization, or target audience refinement.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
Generate detailed reports on the performance of ad campaigns, including key metrics and results achieved.
Provide in-depth analysis of ad performance, offering insights and recommendations for future campaign improvements and strategies.
5. Trend and Technology Updates:
Stay updated on the latest trends in online advertising and new tools and features within Facebook Ads.
Research and experiment with new advertising methods to find the most effective approaches.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in online advertising, particularly in managing Facebook ad campaigns.
Experience working with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, and other analytics tools.
2. Professional Skills:
Strong understanding of online advertising strategies and how to apply them to Facebook Ads.
Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret ad metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Creative writing skills for producing engaging ad content.
3. Personal Skills:
Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A mindset of continuous learning and staying updated on new trends in digital marketing.
4. Education:
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
