We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance the online presence of all three brands.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take charge of our social media strategy across three distinct brands—two personal brands and one company brand. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can develop and implement brand guidelines, create engaging content, schedule posts, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management: Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines for all three brands, ensuring a cohesive and professional online presence.
Content Research and Creation: Research industry trends, audience interests, and competitor activities to create relevant and engaging content across all social media platforms.
Content Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and manage content across multiple social media channels, ensuring timely and consistent posting that aligns with brand goals and audience engagement strategies.
Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community around each brand.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and external partners to ensure that all social media activities align with broader marketing and business objectives.
Trend Identification: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating new ideas into the social media strategy.
Content Optimization: Continuously test and optimize content formats, posting times, and platform strategies to maximize impact.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably managing multiple brands, including personal and corporate brands.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics software.
Ability to create and implement effective brand guidelines and social media strategies.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with an eye for detail.
Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt to changing trends.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of the property development industry is a plus.
