Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Power BI Specialist/Developer to join our back-office team. The primary responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing Power BI dashboards, managing user requests, and ensuring seamless access to reports and datasets. The role requires a strong understanding of DAX for creating dashboards from existing datasets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update the current suite of Power BI dashboards.
• Manage and resolve help tickets, including work requests, report issues, and amendments to existing reports.
• Set up permissions and manage access to dashboards, reports, workspaces, and datasets.
• Perform manual updates on specific datasets as required.
• Create and develop dashboards using existing datasets, leveraging DAX to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports.
• Collaborate minimally with business teams, focusing on back-office tasks.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Power BI development with strong knowledge of DAX.
• Experience in dashboard creation and maintenance using existing datasets.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity.
• Ability to work independently with limited communication with business stakeholders.
