Marketing Agency Chief Operations Officer

Our Australian Based company is looking for an A player who has past experience in running the operations and teams of a marketing agency.

Need experience with:
- Good Communicator
- Click Up
- Go high level
- Zapier & automations
- Managing creative teams
- Invoicing
- Implementing systems
- Ownership and in charge of improving operations

Currently have 4 other members as part of company, need someone to oversee them and put in place management systems.

15-20 clients within the agency currently and looking to double this in the next 6 months.

There will be room to grow and earn more.

We don't micro manage as long as all tasks are being completed in a timely manner.
