As we expand our reach, we're looking for a driven Sales Assistant to help grow our wholesale roasting department by establishing new business relationships and securing wholesale accounts.

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our wholesale team with lead generation, company research, and cold outreach. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about coffee and excited about the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our roasting department.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct research to identify potential wholesale clients, including cafes, restaurants, and retail stores that could benefit from our house-roasted coffee.

- Generate and qualify leads through online research.

- Assist in creating and maintaining a comprehensive database of potential wholesale accounts.

- Craft and send personalized cold outreach emails and messages, showcasing the benefits of partnering with 11th Hour Coffee for their coffee supply needs ad how are companies align.

- Follow up on initial outreach and manage responses, ensuring timely communication with potential wholesale clients.

- Coordinate with the sales and roasting teams to schedule tastings and meetings with qualified leads.

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and organizing promotional materials.

- Stay informed about industry trends and local market opportunities to enhance our outreach efforts.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
