We are a dynamic and fast-paced company specializing in real estate BPO industry, looking for an Elite Virtual Assistant to join our team. We need someone who can seamlessly manage our sales and marketing tools, ensuring our processes run smoothly, and our sales pipeline is well taken care of. We provide BPO and technology services in many real estate companies and are looking for someone to supplement our sales function and keep it running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hubspot Pipeline Manager: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up with internal teams, clients, and post-conference leads. Load leads into pipelines, make sure that the contact database is properly tended to, follow up with tea
2. HubSpot/Campaign Admin: Manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM, ensuring all campaigns are running efficiently. This includes setting up

4. Sales Materials Preparation: Collaborate with our design resources to prepare personalized pitch decks in Google Slides and other sales materials ahead of meetings. After meetings, you may help with assembling proposals in Qwilr. You’ll use provided templates and light guidance to assemble these materials, ensuring they are tailored to the specific needs of each prospect.
Skills:
• You don't need to have experience with every single point below. We are looking for someone who is strong in working with Sales teams to manage a pipeline; able to relate to prospects well by
• Copywriting: Part of this job will involve drafting
• Spreadsheets: Strong spreadsheeting skills, especially in Google Sheets is preferred. You should know what a bulk import/export is; how you could put together graphs and reports; and more. Bonus points if you can set up a pivot table or use a vlookup or xlookup!
• Phone conversations: Some of this job may involve picking up the phone with prospects in the sales pipeline and comfortably speaking with them. We aim to put a smile on the face of everyone we interact with!
• Design: You won't be expected to be Da Vinci, but you should have an eye for how to lay out sales materials and how to keep things looking clean and on-brand.
This is a high-visibility, jack-of-all-trades position with opportunities to pick up knowledge from the top leadership from a leading BPO. You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you should be dedicated and willing to learn!
Qualifications:
• Tech-Savvy: Must be comfortable working with various digital tools and platforms.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Requirements:
Must have experience with Hubspot or Salesforce Sales CRMs
A background in sales, executive assistance, or marketing leadership is highly desirable
Must have strong verbal communication skills
US Central time zone working hours
Knowledge of Google Workspace, Google Sheets
