Amazon Wholesale & Online Arbritage Operations Manager

We are looking for an motivated virtual assistant that has previous experience in sourcing profitable products quickly and fast. (PLEASE NO CHAT GPT RESPONSES)

You will be responsible for:
Sourcing Products 
Purchasing Products
Amazon Seller Central Customer Service
Managing Orders
Repricing and more.

* Restricted / Hazmat

1. Remuneration
Monthly pay – Php 25,000.00 paid twice a month on the first working day after the 15th and end of the month, via Wise.

2. Job Expectations
We expect you to work 8 hours per day with the assigned work schedule, 5 days per week.Due to the nature of the business you may be required to work weekends and/or work public holidays. 
In addition, we expect you to work in a professional manner that represents the company you are working for. I recommend you to not work with other companies while you are working with us (it's a big no no) 
I would like a bit of your background if you are a stay at home mom or how long have you stayed at previous companies (this will heavily impact if are hired)

3. Benefits
We will pay your 13th Month Pay in December which will be prorated if you have worked less than a year.
Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as vacation days [12 days per year], which can be used only with prior agreement in advance. 

These are paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (6 Days).
Any additional National holidays or personal holidays must be agreed in advance.

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The following is a list of KPIs that you will be measured against. These will be monitored at least monthly and targets reviewed quarterly.

1 Average Number deals source per shift 1 TBC after two-week review period
1 Number of mistakes created on deals vs number of deals submitted 1 TBC after two-week review period

*Please note all the above KPI’s will be based on a rolling seven-day period. 

There will be other tasks that arise on a project basis and the above tasks will evolve as the business grows. 

You will primarily report to Aaron T. who will also conduct the contract reviews and monitor KPI performance.
