Below are the details of the offer:
* Department: Marketing/Sales

Compensation and Benefits:
* Rate: [$3-6/hr USD]
* After completing the probationary period, we will consider an increase.
Work Schedule:
* Hours: [15-20] per week

* Duration:
* Month to Month. Minimum 90 days (probationary period)

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound sales activities through CRM, and digital channels, including
* Identify and qualify new sales leads by researching and analyzing potential and current customers.
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products/services to effectively communicate its value to potential clients.
* Build and maintain sales funnel, lead generation automation, and client relationships with existing customers to lower churn and increase referrals.
* Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and manage the sales pipeline.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Job Expectations:
* Design and execute comprehensive outbound sales strategies to generate high-quality leads.
* Identify and target potential customer segments to maximize market reach.
* Engagement and closing of outbound sales to warm and cold leads.
* Develop techniques and scripts to improve lead conversion rates.
* Set, track, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation and sales conversion. Conversion of 15-20 new clients a month (HHMD). Conversion of 100 new clients a month (HAL).
* Regularly report on sales performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Zoo
* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
* Utilize data and analytics to adapt sales tactics and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
Experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
