Job Title: Digital Outbound Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Digital Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team to to spearhead out lead generation and sales conversion.

Job Summary: The Digital Outbound Sales Representative generates leads, closes sales, and fosters customer relationships through digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales activities through email, social media, and online messaging platforms.
Identify and qualify new sales leads by researching and analyzing potential customers.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products/services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and manage the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:
Experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
