JOB OVERVIEW

THE ROLE:

The Client Services Director is responsible for overseeing the client services department within a law firm, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and engagement. This role involves strategic planning, managing client relationships, coordinating service delivery, and enhancing client communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of legal services, and a client-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
o Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
o Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
o Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Strategic Planning and Execution:
o Develop and implement client service strategies aligned with the firm's objectives.
o Identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
o Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.

Team Leadership and Development:
o Lead, mentor, and develop the client services team.
o Assign tasks and manage team performance.
o Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Service Delivery Coordination:
o Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
o Monitor client service metrics and implement improvements as needed.
o Oversee the management of client feedback and satisfaction surveys.

Marketing and Business Development Support:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop client-focused materials and campaigns.
o Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
o Participate in client presentations and pitches.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client services or a related role within a law firm or professional services environment.

Skills:
o Strong leadership and team management abilities.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
o Proficiency in client relationship management software and other relevant tools.
o Understanding of legal services and the unique needs of law firm clients.
