STATUS: Full time
HOURS: 40 hours per week.
9am-6pm Pacific with 1 hour of breaks throughout the day.
Occasional evenings and 6 weekend events per year.
LOCATION: Remote, must be able to work PST hours.
STARTING RATE:
$12 per hour (plus bonuses that could take you to $15/hour).

???? Job Summary:
The Thrive Academy Concierge is a core team member whose primary responsibilities are in Enrollment, Engagement, and Concierge work.
This role entails supporting and/or assisting about 200 Thrive Members to get the best results possible during their time with Thrive. The goal is that you help new people enroll in Thrive and because of you, they engage more fully in Thrive, get better results, reach their income and impact goals, and refer lots of people.
This role includes conducting support calls, enrollment calls, and engaging in the Thrive Facebook Group. You will welcome new Thrive Members, invite upgrades and referrals, confirm members for events, and re-enroll members who are considering canceling. You also will be the host during Thrive Events and Thrive Membership calls, which includes emcee duties, dance warm-ups, enrollment and zoom chat, and leading calls when requested.
You are responsible for following the Enrollment Templates for all enrollment, support, upgrade, and re-enroll conversations and working closely with the CEO to continually improve templates and SOPs so Thrive Members get better results. You are responsible for recording, tracking, and reporting your enrollment and support calls, actively collaborating with the team to improve members’ results and increase retention. You are expected to attend all training meetings and team meetings.
