Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager Assistant & Content Strategist who will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong video editing skills, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of social media trends. This role will involve developing content strategies, editing short-form videos, and engaging with our online community.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily social media activities across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.

Develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand’s voice and goals, driving growth and engagement across all platforms.

Create, edit, and optimize short-form videos tailored to each platform, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with current social media trends.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns that support broader business objectives.

Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure our social media strategy remains cutting-edge.

Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance tracking.

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community that reflects our company values.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and creating short-form content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of social media advertising and experience running paid campaigns is a plus.

Familiarity with property management or real estate industries is a plus but not required.

*******Willingness to work in PST time zone and take meetings with the marketing team during PST hours is required.
