Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and optimization of our email marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing client onboarding processes, and ensuring that all systems and processes are functioning efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to streamline processes for improved performance.

Additional Items:
- Remote during EST work hours
- There will be an extensive 14-25 day training period

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage Account Utilization (AU) campaigns, ensuring optimal account performance and availability.
- Regularly check dashboards to verify that items in the Copy Queue are properly transferred and displayed.
- Oversee the status of all client campaign dashboards, including event type changes, NAA (No Accounts Available) status, and the performance of "Up" accounts.
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new clients, working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless transition.
- Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline the onboarding experience.
- Understand and streamline the EXPORT tag process used for exporting data from the company's central Gmail inboxes to other systems.
- Monitor and manage the warm leads process, ensuring that data is correctly tagged and transferred.
- Perform daily checklists, including monitoring client alerts based on key metrics such as the number of campaigns running, accounts available, and burned accounts.
- Identify and address any operational issues that arise during daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Continuously assess and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new strategies and tools that support the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the email marketing or lead generation industry.
- Strong understanding of campaign management and client onboarding processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets, data management tools, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
