Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on designing a wide range of personalized products, including custom canvases, mugs, t-shirts, jerseys, doormats, and tumblers and others. You will work closely with our founder to iterate and refine designs that meet our high standards and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate on large variety of personalized design ideas.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to understand brand vision and design philosophy.
• Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are completed within specified timelines.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and techniques in personalization.
• Receive and incorporate feedback effectively to refine designs.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in personalization or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
