JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based house cleaning company seeking a dedicated customer support agent to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position.

**Your daily tasks will include: **
1. Sending daily reports on completed and ongoing tasks.
2. Handling inbound and outbound sales calls, customer requests, and complaints.
3. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, Facebook Messenger, or SMS.
4. Providing service quotes and following up with leads.
5. Booking, rescheduling, and updating service jobs in our booking system.
6. Identifying customer needs, researching issues, and offering solutions.

**Position Details: **
- **Hours: ** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST
- **Pay: ** $4.00/hr starting rate, with raises every 6 months and performance bonuses every 3 months.
- **Training: ** Provided to help you excel in responding to customer queries across various platforms.
