Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Chinese Speaking Language Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our Chinese-speaking clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and professional support to Chinese-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Translate and localize product information, FAQs, and other documentation as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and resources.

Qualifications:

Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
Proven experience in a customer support or similar role is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and support software is a plus.
