We need someone who lives and breathes SEO. You should be familiar with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and others that help boost website rankings and drive organic traffic. Your primary role will be to make sure our content is optimized to perfection and stands out in the crowded digital space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Researcher:
? Conduct thorough keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Keyword Planner.
? Identify high-traffic, low-competition keywords that can help us rank better.
? Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure our strategies are always ahead of the curve.
2. Data Analyst:
? Analyze website performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
? Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, etc.
? Prepare detailed reports on SEO performance and suggest improvements.
3. Competition Research:
? Conduct competitive analysis to understand what our competitors are doing well.
? Identify gaps in their strategy that we can exploit.
? Provide recommendations based on competitor analysis to improve our own SEO tactics.
4. Keyword Analyst:
? Perform keyword gap analysis to find opportunities where we can outrank competitors.
? Track keyword rankings regularly and adjust strategies accordingly.
? Optimize existing content with targeted keywords to improve search engine visibility.
5. Content Creation:
? Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging content that is optimized for search engines.
? Ensure all content follows SEO best practices including proper use of headers, meta descriptions, alt tags, etc.
? Generate ideas for new content based on keyword research and industry trends.
Who You Are:
We’re looking for someone who’s not just technically skilled but also passionate about what they do. Here are some qualities we think are essential:
1. Experience & Skills:
? Proven experience as an SEO researcher or similar role.
? Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
2. Personality Traits:

? Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
3. Education & Background:
