JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Virtual Assistant with a strong focus on digital marketing, specifically in managing and optimizing Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram). The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and monitoring ad campaigns, managing CRM follow-up sequences, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting social media efforts. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage budgets, and align with our brand’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Meta Ads Management:

Build, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns with provided resources and to-dos.
Conduct A/B testing to refine ad performance.
Work within specified budgetary targets to achieve lead generation goals.
Track and report on campaign performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
CRM & Follow-Up Sequences:

Develop and implement follow-up sequences in the CRM for leads generated froUpgrade to see actual infota ads.
Monitor and optimize CRM workflows to ensure effective lead nurturing.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

Document processes and create SOPs for all tasks, including ad management, CRM setup, and any other responsibilities.
KPI Tracking & Reporting:

Maintain and update spreadsheets with key performance indicators, tracking progress towards business goals.
Social Media Support:

Research and recommend social media scheduling platforms.
Potentially take over content creation for social media, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
Handle the scheduling and management of social media content.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing Meta ad campaigns, including A/B testing and budget management.
Familiarity with CRM systems and building follow-up sequences.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience with social media platforms and content creation is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using spreadsheets for KPI tracking and reporting.
